Save your working hours, as well as any ad-hoc tasks or ideas, directly to your personal Notion database. With this tray app, you can capture information in the most efficient way possible, without any detours. The app runs discreetly in the background and is always available via a shortcut.

A clear breakdown of your duties

If you use a task database in Notion, you can easily link it. Select the relevant task directly in the app and start tracking it. You can add a custom description or simply use the task name. A handy history shows you your recent entries and lets you resume them with just one click.

Work together and filter individually

Even if several people are working on the same time-tracking database, you can still focus on your own data. In the settings, you can filter the view to show only your own data. You can also set a default user, who will be automatically selected for every new entry.

Customisable and suitable for international use

Customise the app to suit your preferences. There are five different colours to choose from for the design. The entire app is available in both German and English. To help you get started straight away, a free Notion template is included directly within the app. This template is already perfectly pre-configured and ready to use.

How does the setup work in notracker?
1. Open the page for Notion integrations: https://www.notion.so/profile/integrations
2. Create a new, internal integration (or use one that has already been set up, if available), linked to your workspace. After saving, allow the integration the following access rights:
  Read content
  Update content
  Insert content
3. Copy the Secret for the internal integration for later.
4. Open Notion, navigate to the database you want to link to notracker and click on the 3-dot menu at the top right. There Connections > click on your newly created integration.
5. Now start notracker and insert the secret from (3) in the set up wizard. After testing the connection, you can now select the database that you linked in (4).
Why can't notracker find any database(s)?
Make sure that your Notion integration has access to the respective database(s). To do this, check whether the connection in your database is active in Notion:
